Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast was once a part of both the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman won three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze medal on balance beam. It made her one of the very first American gymnast to compete at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. The 2016 Olympics saw her win the gold medal in the team event, earning Gabby and Gabby the honor of being the first Americans to ever win consecutive gold medals for a team. She also won two silver medals for the floor exercise and the individual all-around. The break was for three years between each Olympics from gymnastics competition. The gold medal she won for the American team also won 2 World Championships. She began learning gymnastics at the age of two and her favourite event is floor exercise. Aly is an active member for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honor of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. Aly hopes to achieve the opportunity to have a career that is successful as a fashion designer. Her signature leotards along with socks and other garments will be expanded in the future. Fierce is a new book is due out later in the year.
